* Dealing with Antisocial Behaviour, tenancy and neighbourhood management
* Responsible for leading, motivating and developing your team

An excellent opportunity for a proven manager within the Social Housing sector to deliver leadership, motivation and development opportunities to their team
Working on a hybrid basis, 2 days per week in the office based in Newbury, this role is key to the successful delivery of a housing and neighbourhood management service to the residents.
You should be well-versed in leading a team and have an up to date knowledge of all aspects of antisocial behaviour, tenancy and estate management and the relevant housing legislation.
