The reason for the role is due to a high work load which has caused a backlog in need of attention. The successful candidate should ideally hold 3+ years of already gained experience and exposure within the Financial Services sector.

Description
* Reconciling customer accounts and ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded.
* Manage and process invoices and payments timely and accurately.
* Prepare and submit detailed reports relating to accounts receivable status.
* Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and entered into the system.
* Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly collection targets.
* Follow established protocols for collection efforts.
* Identify and execute efficiency improvements.
* Assist with financial audits related to AR.
Profile
A successful AR Clerk should have:
* A good understanding of basic accounting principles.
* Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
* Will be able to start immediately or on a reduced notice period.
* Will hold 3+ years of experience within Accounts Receivable roles.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Offer
Salary ranging up to £35,000, dependent on experience + Immediate start offered + Remote role + Monday-Friday working week + 37.5 hour working week, overtime may be required + Temporary ongoing position + A positive and innovative company culture + Opportunity to work in a globally recognised Financial Services firm
