Job Role: Casual Lead Chef
Location: Birmingham
Pay Rate: £21.52 per hour (£19.20 + £2.32 holiday pay)
We are excited to be working with a prominent football club in Birmingham and are looking to recruit casual Lead Chefs. This role requires commitment to 90% of home fixtures across four different competitions from August 2024 to May 2025. As a Lead Chef, you will oversee the food offerings in either lounges or brasserie restaurants.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience as a Lead/Head Chef
* Excellent English skills
* Extensive knowledge of Health and Safety and HACCP
* Proven history in managing large teams.
* Experience in stadia, events, or high-standard à la carte settings!
* Availability for at least twenty-five home match days on weekends and evenings
