Senior Account Manager
Our Client is a highly successful, expanding Corporate Travel Business and they are seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage and grow a Global client account.
Senior Account Manager - What Will I be doing ?
* You will be overseeing a large global account in a client facing capacity and will be working closely with the client to understand their objectives and anticipate their needs.
* You will be proactively supporting the client to enhance income and achieve goals.
* You will be aiming to drive growth by managing complex business needs on the travel side and oversee account reviews and improvement plans.
* A part of your role will be to conduct data analysis and reporting as well as manage contracts, service agreements, and performance.
* You will be involved in representing the company at events and will have regular face to face meetings with the client team
Senior Account Manager - What experience do I need ?
* It is essential that you have worked as an account manager or a senior account manager for a Corporate Travel Management Company - alternatively we will also consider applications from people who have worked as Account Executives or Account Managers for Hotel groups.
* Experience with global clients is preferred
* Ideally you will be degree educated
* Strong project management, analytical, and strategic skills. Proficiency in MS Office.
