HR Data Analyst
6-month FTC
London/ Hybrid

They are currently seeking a highly skilled HR Data Analyst to join their dynamic data team in their London Office.
Role Responsibilities
* Prepare dashboard data for the HR Team/ Business partners
* Provision of accurate management information
* Provide reporting and assist with data accuracy checks for transition to new system
* Support the maintenance of accurate employee data
* Assist with data for the annual compensation review process.
* Regularly check, cleanse and audit employee data.
Role Requirements
* Must have experience Excel and HR databases
* Exposure to working with HR and finance related software and system
* Be able to manipulate large files of data on excel
* Able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business
* Professional services industry and/or multi-site background
