Description
* Assist customers with post-purchase inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
* Coordinate effectively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Track and report on after sales performance metrics.
* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
* Ensure the accurate processing of customer’s amendments and cancellations.
* Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of company’s products and services.
* Follow company procedures to ensure compliance and uniform service.
* Engage in continuous learning and development activities.
Profile
A successful Aftersales Advisor should have:
* Proven customer service skills, preferably within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
* Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
* Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
* Knowledge of travel industry processes and regulations.
Job Offer
* Salary of £22,500 - £25,000
