Quinton Davies is delighted to be working with a rapidly growing financial services client based in Bristol. We are looking for a skilled SM&CR Specialist to join their dynamic team and partner with the People Department. This is a hybrid working role, offering a flexible work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with the Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SM&CR) regulations.
* Collaborate closely with the People Department to align SM&CR requirements with HR policies and procedures.
* Oversee the certification process for senior managers and certified persons.
* Provide expert guidance and training on SM&CR compliance to staff and management.
* Monitor and report on regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all SM&CR-related activities.

Requirements:
* In-depth knowledge of SM&CR regulations and compliance.
* Experience in a similar role within financial services.
* Strong understanding of HR processes and how they align with regulatory requirements.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
