* Perform routine and complex auditing procedures.
* Prepare and analyse financial statements for clients.
* Conduct tax planning and compliance for clients.
* Work collaboratively with team members to meet client needs.
* Ensure compliance with internal (audit methodology and risk management) and external (regulatory) requirements.
* Contribute to the team by driving and implementing operational and process improvements.
* Participate in business development initiatives.
* Support and mentor junior team members.
Profile
A successful Audit and Accounts Semi-Senior should have:
* A relevant professional qualification, or part qualification (ACA / ACCA)
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and auditing techniques.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to analyse financial data and draw logical conclusions.
* Experience in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* A proactive and goal-oriented approach.
