Summary We’ve got an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Business Services Co-ordinator to join our team.

What it’s like to work here You’ll be part of a small team based at Chartwell, liasing with all other departments on a daily basis. Twice a week you’ll be required to work at Emmett’s Gardens and every other week you’ll work one day at Quebec House. This will give the you an excellent insight into how all three of our properties operate as well as a great opportunity to form relationships with the wider portfolio team.
You’ll be working 4 days per week, this will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
What you’ll be doing As the Assistant Business Services Co-ordinator for the Chartwell Portfolio, your focus will be on the many financial duties which have to be undertaken across our three sites. Your daily task will be banking all funds taken from our commercial outlets, namely our Visitor Centre’s, shops and cafes. On a weekly basis you’ll also be required to empty the car park machines and all donation boxes. In addition there are many other administrative aspects to the role including financial reporting, producing invoices and ordering supplies.
You’ll be helping to run a business service for the wider team that is efficient, proactive and flexible. Your responsibilities will be primarily banking and financial management, creating reports and other general administrative tasks.
This role requires the lifting and carrying of both bags and containers of coins which on occasions can be heavy and therefore requires a level of fitness to enable you to do this.
