Job Description:
Summary Are you an engaging individual who is known for their exceptional organisational skills, with a love for delivering first class support? We have just the role for you as a Business Services Co-ordinator.
Salary:
£24,842 - £29,845 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience
Interviews:
21 - 23 August 2024
What it’s like to work here You’ll be based at Park Farm in High Wycombe, supporting the regional Specialist Crafts Team (SCT) who operate from there - a small and friendly community of craftspeople who undertake conservation works on National Trust buildings.
Working closely alongside the Buildings Supervisor who leads the team, the role is central to the day-to-day operation of the team, which is similar to a small independent business housed within the larger organisation. You’ll help deliver all aspects of the team’s administration, including some budgetary and financial responsibility.
What you’ll be doing The National Trust is a busy organisation that has a lot going on at all times - you can guarantee that no day is the same so you’ll have to love variety. As well as supporting day to day operations, you’ll have the chance to support a variety of projects and offer your advice beyond your team.
You’ll always champion best practice when it comes to business support, and will be confident challenging the norm when you think there’s a better way of doing something.
