Our client based in Northamptonshire is currently looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor.
* £29,250 per annum + benefits
* 45 hours over 5 days
Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding service to our guests and to capture all revenue opportunities for the hotel.
* Ensuring quality and efficiency of service at all times in the bar and restaurant areas during breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner service.
* Assisting with managing the rota to maintain levels of cover to meet fluctuating demands.
* Support with pre-service briefings with the team to clarify service expectations.
* Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained in the bar and restaurant.
* Completing daily cashing up and maintaining a financial audit trail.
* Dealing with complaints that arise swiftly and diplomatically.
Requirements
* The successful candidate will have at least 6 months experience in a fine dining restaurant and bar and experience of leading a team.
* Your own transport would be useful due to the location.
