Graduate Finance & Operations Assistant
Salary: £24000 - £26000
Location: Liverpool Street, London
2/3 Days in the office per week
My client is a leading recruitment consultancy based in the City of London, looking to bring on board a keen and progressive graduate trainee to join their finance team. This is a broad position where you will manage all transactional finance needs for the business.
Main Responsibilities:
* Process purchase invoices and expenses
* Raise sales invoices and send out to clients
* Assist with credit control
* Input sales and purchase invoices and expenses onto Microsoft Business Central
* Update and maintain central spreadsheet for placements
* Assist and cover other team members when they are busy or absent
* Produce internal reports for Business Unit Heads
* General administrative support to the HR, IT, legal and compliance functions
* CRM monitoring and data cleansing
* Ad hoc duties
Ideal Profile:
* 2:1 in Accounting & Finance Undergraduate degree
* Looking to pursue a career in accounting
* Good attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
