Role: MyCSP Consultant
Length: 12-month contract - with a view to extend
Location: Likely to be remote with occasional travel
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Pay Rate: Competitive Daily Rate (DoE)

One of my consultancy clients are currently looking for a MyCSP Consultant. They are looking for a MyCSP Consultant to join them on a remote basis with potential travel to office on an adhoc basis. This engagement will run on for an initial 12 month contract - with a view to extend.

They are interested in MyCSP Consultants with experience of working in an Agile environment amongst multi-disciplinary teams. Past experience of working within the public sector would be ideal, but not necessary.

Essential Skills:
* In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Payroll
* Experience of Pensions, UK Legislation, RTI, auto-enrolment etc
* Strong configuration skills in Fast Formula, element design, payroll process flows, calculation cards and approvals
* Strong knowledge of myCSP configuration, Capita pensions configuration as well as Logcl Government Pension plans. (e.g. LGPS, TPS, myCSP).
* Experience of delivering Oracle Payroll projects (preferred on UK Public Sector environments).
* Experience of requirements, configuration, and support on myCSP pensions or Capita pension schemes.
* An understanding of how Payroll fits into the whole ERP design and relationship with other Oracle Cloud HCM modules particularly covering Pension plans.
