Senior Fleet Executive

Location: Staffordshire
12 Month FTC

GRG are recruiting for a Senior Fleet Executive to provide efficient administrative support to our client and assist members of the Operations Team.

This role processes all funder transactions as contractually agreed including but not limited to processing contract activations, funder drawdowns, funder receipts, contract amendments, contract terminations & dealing with End of Contract (EOC) processes.
You will be responsible for the administration and coordination of the company’s fleet of motor vehicles. You will provide a first point of contact by responding to telephone and email enquiries, escalate and redirect issues as required, and maintain accurate records of vehicles using in-house Fleet database. You will ensure compliance with government rules and regulations, support services with fleet enquiries, and work with the services to resolve vehicle repair issues.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the administration and coordination of the company’s fleet of motor vehicles
- Maintain accurate records of vehicles using in-house Fleet database
- Ensure compliance with government rules and regulations, i.e. tax/mot
- Resolve queries in relation to penalty charges, i.e. entering fine information on to database, identifying offending drivers & completing representations
- Monitor drivers licences for endorsements/disqualification
- Deal with insurance claims
- Liaising with garages regarding mechanical repairs/bodywork
- Attending to motoring fines i.e identifying offending drivers & completing representations
-Setting live of customer contracts & 3rd party funding in a timely & efficient manner
-Collation of deal drawdown paperwork to facilitate drawdown of funds from our funder panel.
-Responsible for Early Termination of contracts on system, settling with funders & obtaining required paperwork from EOC team.
-Support the Funding Team leader in processing of restructures and extensions.

About You:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of fleet management systems
