Job Description:
Fantastic opportunity for an EA to join a professional services firm supporting 2 Partners and line managing/supervising a team of 4 (3 PAs and a Team Administrator).
Must have Line Manager experience of managing more than one person either PAs, Executive Assistants, Team Assistants or Administrators.
Salary: £60,0000 + fantastic benefits package and 25 days holiday.
Hybrid working: 3 days working in the office and 2 from home.

Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Executive Assistant Team Leader duties:
* Diary management for both Partners arranging internal and external meetings and MS teams calls, liaising with clients and their Assistants.
* Ensuring both Partners are prepared for their meetings.
* Inbox management.
* Booking travel arrangements.
* Taking notes in meetings.
* Processing expenses.
* Raising bills and invoices.
* Assisting with Anti-Money Laundering administration/process.
* Preparing and formatting documents including Letters of Engagement, producing reports in MS Word and Excel, converting documents from Word to PDF and vice a versa.
* Producing PowerPoint presentations.
* Proof reading.
* Organising events.
* Covering the Executive Assistants during annual leave.
* Line managing 3 PAs and a Team Administrator including conducing 1-1s, conducting appraisals, allocating working, organising personal development reviews and supporting performance management including performance and development, mentoring and coaching the team to enable them to enhance their performance, positive role model to the team, holding team meetings, monitoring the team’s sickness and annual leave.
Executive Assistant Team Leader profile:
* Have Executive Assistant or PA experience supporting 1:2 and/or supporting senior level
* Have previously line managed more than one individual PA and/or Executive Assistant including conducting 1-1s and/or appraisals, coached/mentored, facilitated improvements on performance
* Be extremely organised, able to multi-task and problem solve along with empathy and understanding of the business and people
* Be proactive and able to use your initiative
* Act as a positive role model, supporting, inspiring and motivating the team
* Have a "Can-do" approach and be calm under pressure
* Provide direction, delegating and removing obstacles to get work done.
* Demonstrate flexibility/adaptability in meeting demands.
* Maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
* High levels of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
