Description
* undertaking analysis and reporting on the financial position of the business as part of the Transaction Services engagements, which include PE buyside, PE portfolio bolt-ons, corporate acquisitions, Vendor Assistance, Vendor Due Diligence, Refinancing and IPO readiness
* representing the business in the wider professional community through marketing activities and developing your own professional network
* opportunities to widen your skill set by working on Corporate Advisory projects, such as financial modelling, cash flow management and other M&A work.
Profile
* ACA qualified with a background in either audit, TS or restructuring
* A real interest in TS with an entrepreneurial edge
* Project management skills
Job Offer
* Salary up to £50,000 with an additional 10% bonus
