This is a brand new role, created following an exciting 12 months of growth and investment for this leading Pharma business. You will be joining a strong supportive team and further develop the FP&A function to ensure sound reporting and decision making.
Our client has just enjoyed significant growth and investment over the last 12 months and is expected to do the same in the coming year. They are a small close nit team. Hybrid and flexible working is available.
This FP&A role will be highly visible and support the SLT by preparing and delivering financial management information and analysis to support decision making.
* Monitoring financial performance against KPI’s
* Producing quarterly reports and management information (MI) packs
* Communicating management information effectively
This role will provide insightful performance reviews, act as a strategic partner across various business areas, assist with consolidating management plans and forecasts, and aid in decision-making and enhancing forecasting capabilities.
This position is ideal for a commercially driven accountant offering the opportunity to join an organisation with a exciting plans for the future.
The successful candidate will be CIMA, ACCA, ACA qualified with a strong track record of operating in an FP&A role. You will be used to presenting to and influencing senior management and come excellent commercial skills.
£70,000 plus bonus
