Job Title: Residential Property Solicitor

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time and Part Time
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of work from both new and repeat clients across Somerset. Your role will involve handling all aspects of sales and purchases, from instruction to post completion, dealing with various matters such as searches, re-mortgages, and more complex title issues. You will benefit from excellent technology and case management support, as well as secretarial assistance to ensure the smooth progress of your casework.
Our client prioritises quality over quantity and has a strong focus on client satisfaction.
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
* Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in residential property law
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience gained within a reputable regional law firm
* Strong knowledge and expertise in handling sales and purchases, including searches, re-mortgages, and complex title issues
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Ability to handle a diverse caseload efficiently and effectively
