Receptionist

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist. You will need to be highly collaborative, a great team player and most importantly, enjoy meeting and greeting clients from a variety of industries.
Receptionist Responsibilities:
* Running the reception desk from within the open communal area, including administrating duties while providing superb customer service to all tenants
* A check of the entire floor at the start and end of each day which would include cleanliness, heating/temperature, re-set of meeting rooms
* Ensure all equipment and appliances are in working order and check for any maintenance issues
* Tending to all tenant requests including services from external suppliers
* Build a good rapport with tenants and resolve any issues quickly to ensure the level of service is maintained
* Smartly presented reliable person - good customer service is key
* Enthusiastic and outgoing by nature while maintaining a professional manner
* Must be confident to undertake tasks outside the initial job role if needed. (All hands-on deck attitude)
Experience of a Receptionist:
* At least one years’ experience within an office based role.
* Reception/Customer Service experience is highly advantageous but not essential.
* The ideal candidate will be well organised, have great time management and excellent people skills.
* A full UK driving licence is essential as we will on occassion ask you to travel to cover one of our other sites.
