At William H Brown, part of the Connells Group, we’re looking for a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent to go out as a Lettings Viewer and conduct viewings for our lettings team in branch in Peterborough on a Zero Hours Contract.

In this role you will be helping potential buyers by carrying out viewings and assisting with any queries in a professional and efficient manner. Local knowledge of surrounding areas would be beneficial to efficiently plan canvassing routes.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Trainee Estate Agent
* Has customer Service or lettings experience
* Capable of generating new business
* Has a resilient, positive and friendly attitude
* Excellent timemanagement
* Strong organisational skills
* Has a full UK Driving License and own vehicle
