An enthusiastic Purchasing Assistant is needed to support the procurement and supply chain process in an industrial / manufacturing setting. The role involves sourcing materials, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods within the company.

Description
* Assisting in the procurement of materials for production
* Liaising with suppliers to negotiate prices and delivery times
* Ensuring timely delivery of goods and materials
* Maintaining accurate records of purchases and pricing
* Working closely with the production department to ensure supply needs are met
* Assisting in the management of supplier relationships
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
* Participating in the implementation of procurement strategies
Profile
A successful Purchasing Assistant should have:
