Job Description:
Are you an organized and proactive professional with a knack for supporting dynamic teams? Join our fast-growing insurance business as a Commercial Sales Advisor and become an integral part of our vibrant office in the heart of Spinningfields, Manchester City Centre!

Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer queries promptly and efficiently.
* Manage KPI performance to meet business targets.
* Deliver quality outcomes for customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
* Liaise with brokers as required to facilitate smooth operations.
Skills and Experience Required:
Essential:
* Minimum of 1 year experience in Personal Lines insurance.
* Excellent sales, telephony, and negotiation skills.
* Strong communication and presentation abilities.
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to maintain and develop professional relationships with customers and stakeholders.
* A proactive approach to new challenges.
* Proficiency in MS applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Commitment to ensuring excellent customer outcomes.
* Compliance with FCA regulations and Data Protection Security Policies.
* Focus on professional development and identifying performance improvements.
* Ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
* Completion of all required CPD hours.
Desirable:
* Experience using the Acturis broking system.
* Familiarity with Non-Standard Home insurance products.
* Knowledge of Commercial Insurance products.
