Barker Munro Recruitment is working with this award winning, Insurance organisation which has an opportunity within their Customer relations team.

You’ll be a super communicator, caring and compassionate for building customer relationships and resolving our customer problems. You’ll actively handle all complaints from the business ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
You’ll administer the complaints handling process and support the department to minimise the number of complaints received, so an excellent background in complaint handling or customer service will be ideal. We are seeking candidates with experience of working within the insurance sector or financial services.
This role is office based working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week. You will be rewarded with a fantastic benefits package including generous holiday allowance and first-class career prospects. After your pass probation, you can work half of your week from home if you wish.
