We are hiring an exciting opportunity to join our real estate client for 12 months in their people and culture team as their Senior HR Analyst, based in the city of London.
This role will be crucial to the team. It will support the Chief People Officer and involve HR projects.
This role will also require the completion of broader admin tasks that include arranging diaries, travel, and being involved in special projects.
Duties include:
* Provide support for strategic and ad-hoc projects that are managed and led by the People & Culture team, tracking & reporting on progress.
* Complex diary management across multiple time zones.
* Maintains calendars for meetings, events, and other appointments.
* Works with the People & Culture leadership team to plan and organize team events, including venues, catering, and other supplies and agendas
* Travel Arrangements
* Expense processing.
Skills/Experienced Required:
* Excellent analytical skills, to analyse data and reports.
* Advanced skills in all MS Packages, including Excel.
* Experience working in an HR-related role, including projects.
* Experience in administrative role.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.
* High attention to detail.
* Ability to work in busy environments.
