Job Title: Part-Time Marketing Assistant (temp ongoing)
Location: Crowborough
Hours: 09:30 - 14:30, Monday to Friday (on site only)
Wage: £13.00ph

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and design of marketing materials using Adobe InDesign, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, and other print media.
- Manage and maintain marketing databases, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate multiple marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are prioritized effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and distribute marketing communications, such as newsletters and email campaigns.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Requirements:
- Proven experience with Adobe InDesign.
- Strong data handling and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Desirable Experience:
- Graphic design skills and a good understanding of design principles.
- Experience in print media, including creating and designing flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials.
- Knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite programs (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
