The team pride themselves on delivering exceptional IT services and support to a diverse client base across the organisation. They are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Service Desk Engineer to join a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide remote and in-person end-user support at 1st & 2nd line levels.
* Onboard and offboard customers efficiently, ensuring smooth transitions.
* Log, manage, and track support issues via the Service Desk system.
* Escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
* Deliver excellent customer service and technical support across the organisation.
* Maintain and update knowledge base articles and documentation.
Technical Skills Required:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 10, Windows Server).
* Experience with Active Directory administration.
* Knowledge of MS Exchange configuration and troubleshooting.
* Understanding of DHCP and DNS configurations and issues.
* Ability to diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
Qualifications:
* IT qualifications such as CompTIA, ITIL, Microsoft accreditations, or IT BTEC are highly desirable.
* Proven experience in an IT support or service desk role.
