Job Description:
Technical Support Analyst required by Our Client based in Milton Keynes.
As an Infrastructure Support Analyst, you will be Responsible for Incident and Problem Management that cannot be resolved by the Service Desk Team.
Infrastructure Support Analyst Responsibilities:
* Provide professional and technical ICT support, focusing on customer service for clients
* Handle incident and problem management beyond the scope of the Service Desk team
* Collaborate with Business Systems, Infrastructure teams, and third-party suppliers for fault resolution
* Manage application packaging, deployment, and proactive IT infrastructure monitoring to prevent service-impacting issues
Infrastructure Support Analyst requirements include:
* You will have In-depth knowledge of desktop and Enterprise software
* PowerShell Experience
* Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Group Management, and the full MS Stack
* Knowledge of automated monitoring tools
* Experience troubleshooting principles, methodologies and incident resolution techniques
* Working knowledge of ITIL
* Competent communicator able to build collaborative relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues
