Job Purpose *Lead service delivery across the firm, ensuring Managers are meeting expectations, deadlines, and budgets
*Manage a varied and significant portfolio, championing service excellence at every step
*Implement initiatives through to completion, responsible for project management and due diligence
*Work alongside Managers to oversee tax and accounts departments, ensuring clients receive a comprehensive service
*Preparation of accounts for larger corporate clients
*Manage WIP reporting and align workflow with KPIs, providing updates to Partners
*Provide appraisals, training and development for colleagues and team members
*Empower junior staff by championing career development and skill-sharing
*Showcase the firm at networking and business events, identifying new business opportunities
*Seek opportunities to introduce and cross-sell company services to new and existing clients
*Display innovative and creative business acumen to help propel the firm’s success
