Job Description:
Search Consultancy are working closely with a well established business in North Leeds, who are looking to appoint an Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Office Manager you will support with the day-to-day accounting and administration within the office. You will process the timesheets and weekly payroll, maintain excel spreadsheets and run various reports. Process Payment runs, process statements, file supplier invoices as well as performing cash reconciliations.

To be considered for this role you will have;
Previous experience in Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger
Payroll experience is desirable but not essential
Used Sage Line 50 (desirable).
Used MS Office, particularly Word and Excel and be able to create formulas on Excel.
Salary £27,000 - £30,000 dependant on experience + pension + benefits + annual leave (21 days annual leave plus bank holidays increasing by 1 day per year to 26 days)

Hours of work: Monday-Friday, 0900 - 1700, with one hour for lunch. Full time office based.
