Job Title: HR Advisor
Salary: £25,000
Location: Aston
Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring a HR Advisor for a fantastic manufacturing company in Birmingham working on a 12 MONTH FTC !!
The Candidates responsibilities:
* Co-ordinate Corporate Induction Programme for new starters
* Support the HR Manager with employee relations including disciplinary, grievance and performance management
* Dealing with various HR queries
* Updating company policies in line with the current legislation
* Maintaining the HR System
* Liaising with recruitment agencies
* Managing any contractual changes
* Planning & co-ordinating employee engagement activities and events
* Any other duties as required by management
Skills Needed:
* Experience within a similar role is necessary - At least 2 years doing HR.
* Excellent communication skills and a proven team work ethic.
* Be confident when it comes to decision making and taking on any queries.
* Confidence in identifying any issues with the ability to resolve them effectively and efficiently.
