* To maintain and improve standards of service and develop the procedures within the Food service operation areas whilst training and developing the team.
* To work to a fine dining standard within this prestigious group, which should apply to all food & beverage operations, and to ensure that these standards are continuously maintained.
What’s required?
* Previous experience with a 4/5* Hotel
* Resilient, creativity, able multitask and can work under pressure
* Ability to lead and develop their team
* Able to deliver exceptional customer experiences all the time
