Job Description:
Finance Manager

Duties and responsibilities are as follows:
* The Finance manager will be responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financials for the UK business of a global manufacturing company.
* This role will coordinate and oversee routine financial activities including purchasing and payment, intercompany recharges and CAPEX accounting.
* Preparation of accurate and timely monthly financials for the UK business submitted as part of the Group close.
* Production of annual statutory financial statements as well as the management of the external audit process for the company.
* Coordination with the tax department on the process and calculation of intercompany management fees and recharges within the Group.
* Review and approval of weekly payment runs as well as preparation of quarterly cash flow forecasts for the company.
* Management of CAPEX reporting for the UK including the internal order process.
This role would ideally suit:
* Degree in Accounting/Finance
* Qualified accountant with extensive PQE in a financial reporting environment with either people management experience or relevant project management experience.
* An in-depth understanding of multi currency / multi entity accounting
