Role - Night Senior Care assistant
Location - Lancaster, Lancashire
Contract - Permanent
Hours - Full Time 8pm-8am on 2 week rolling rota
Salary - £28,828.80
Job Role:
As a Senior Care assistant you will be responsible to work closely with Family’s, Care assistant and support management with day to day duties.
Senir Care assistant are required to work with Vulnerable older adults who may have dementia or other health needs.
Ensuring high quality care provided to the residents and supporting the care assistant.
Take responsibilities in mentorship, inductions, training of staff and acting as a role model.
Ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, desire to want to be in a responsible role or eager to step up in to a senior role and work with likeminded individuals.
Ideal Candidate:
Worked in Social care or similar sector
had some duties or worked as a responsible individual senior level
NVQ level 2 or 3 - More Desirable not essential
Happy to work 8pm - 8am
