Job Description:
Regional Facilities Manager * Annual Salary: Competitive £45,000-£65,000
* Location: Multiple sites across Europe
* Job Type: Full-time
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Regional Facilities Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our regional headquarters and auxiliary sites across Europe. This role is integral to our growth objectives, including site selection and setup, and requires a leader who can transform our European footprint into global consumer product offices. The ideal candidate will lead a service-oriented function that promotes a safe and accessible work environment, aligning with our core values.
Day-to-day of the role: * Ensure all office operations adhere to health and safety policies and legal requirements.
* Lead the documentation and communication of health and safety policies and procedures.
* Manage and execute day-to-day operations of office facilities, including property management, inspections, and addressing facility management issues.
* Project manage building construction, fit-ups, or renovations from planning to completion, including budget management and contractor/vendor relationships.
* Oversee lease contract management and administration, including financial budgeting and reporting.
* Ensure facilities are secure and safe, managing security procedures and processes.
* Administer facility-related tasks, including supplier setup, invoice processing, and budget variance reporting.
* Maintain high-quality data and office space planning in collaboration with HR.
Required Skills & Qualifications: * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate occasional non-standard work hours.
* Strong organizational skills and effective multitasking abilities.
* Positive attitude, cooperative, and service-oriented.
* Good financial and business acumen, with problem-solving and project management skills.
* Leadership skills, both internally and externally.
* Strong working knowledge of SAP, Excel, and Word; SAP experience is an advantage.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; +5 years related experience and/or training.
