We are looking for a Team Leader who can manage the service in the absence of the home manager. You will be the first point of contact for the senior carers and care assistants monitoring and observing the care being provided, giving additional support, training and supervision when required.

This 90 bedded service offers the very best in personal, dementia, and respite care split over three floors.
Ideal candidate for this role:
- Experience of leading a team as well as completing supervision and appraisals
- Have a clear understanding of medication including managing the receipt of medications into the home
- Working within a similar setting bringing a wealth of knowledge in dementia and elderly care
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £29,484.00 per year
