Key Responsibilities:
*Manage a caseload of private client matters including wills, LPAs, and probate.
*Provide high-quality legal advice and services to clients.
*Draft and review legal documents related to private client work.
*Handle the administration of estates and trusts.
*Advise clients on estate planning and inheritance tax issues.
*Potentially handle Court of Protection matters if experienced.
*Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent client care.
Requirements:
*Qualified Solicitor with around 3 years of PQE in private client law.
*Ability to manage a caseload independently without supervision.
*Strong knowledge of wills, LPAs, and probate processes.
*Excellent communication and client care skills.
*Experience with Court of Protection matters is desirable.
*Ability to work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as part of a team.
