Our client, an exciting and expanding business located in Eastbourne, is seeking a dedicated and experience temporary-to-permanent Credit Control Assistant. This role will report directly to the Finance Manager and encompass a variety of credit control and debt recovery responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, particularly in account management and debt recovery/credit control. This position offers significant opportunities for professional growth and development within the finance department of a thriving company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and creating new customer/client accounts
* Generating credit reports
* Debt recovery/credit control
* Developing and implementing payment plans
* Escalating accounts for legal action when necessary
* Ad hoc support on improving processes and procedures, and project support.
Requirements:
* Immediate or short notice availability (1-2 weeks maximum)
* Experience in credit control and customer service, specifically in managing customer/client accounts
* Daily commute to Eastbourne
