Property Auctions Advisor – Benefits
* A basic salary of up to £27,000
* Uncapped OTE, realistic expection of 30k+

Property Auctions Advisor– Responsibilities
* Speaking to potential buyers regarding upcoming auctions
* Educating new buyers on auction process
* Informing your list of buyers of new units coming on
* Build interest to upcoming auctions, building relationships and maintaining a key list of investors
* Assisting buyers with registering their bids
* Support with sellers
* Assist with auction day set ups
* Take pictures and measure ups of local properties coming to auction
* Carry out viewings if needed
* The successful Property Auctions Advisor will have a sales background of at least 12 months, ideally within a property related role with strong sales experience both in a face to face and over the phone capacity. You will be naturally proactive, a strong relationship builder and someone who can use their own initiative. 
Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed
* Previous Estate Agent property experience is ideal
* You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
* You will have solid IT skills and experience of using Estate Agency CRM systems
* Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
* You will be well spoken and well presented
* You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
