My client is a leading provider of data cabling and IT infrastructure solutions. They specialise in delivering high-quality services to their clients, ensuring seamless communication and data transfer capabilities. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented and motivated Small Works Project Manager to join their team.
Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated Small Works Project Manager to oversee small works, moves, adds, and changes projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data cabling and IT infrastructure, excellent project management skills, and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee data cabling projects, including small works, moves, adds, and changes.
* Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
* Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all projects are delivered on schedule.
* Supervise installation teams, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
* Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine project requirements.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
* Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
* Prepare and present project reports and documentation to clients and senior management.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Small Works Project Manager in the data cabling or IT infrastructure industry. We will consider construction PM background
* Strong technical knowledge of data cabling standards, practices, and technologies.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
