Gleeson Recruitment Groups are happy to share that we are supporting a well know FMCG business based in Birmingham recruit for a Finance Business Partner on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. As Finance Business Partner you will monitor, evaluate, and analyse various costs, understand variances, and highlight areas for process improvement.

Your Tasks
* Preparation, analysis, and reporting of performance vs forecast/plan on various areas of spend.
* Analysing variances and working with Business partners to understand reasons for Variances and any actions required.
* Producing monthly commentaries on performance of the divisions KPIs
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure a collaborative drive towards achieving targets.
* Prepare month end journals & reporting as required for areas of responsibility.
* Be responsible for reviewing actuals and preparing forecasts
* Reviewing Savings calculations and ensure that they are correctly reported for areas of responsibility.

Your Profile
* ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualified with an analytical mindset
* Audit background would be useful
* Experience of business partnering
* FMCG experience may be helpful
* Strong excel skills
