Senior Building Surveyor
Location: London
Position: Senior Building Surveyor
Salary: £60-70K depending on experience

To support our client’s growth, Joshua Robert is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Building Surveyor to join our client’s dynamic team in London.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to provide comprehensive building consultancy services, including the management of new build and refurbishment projects, building surveys, and professional consultancy services such as party wall advice and dilapidations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct building surveys, technical due diligence, and acquisition surveys.
* Provide professional consultancy services, including dilapidations, party wall advice, and expert witness services.
* Lead and manage refurbishment and new build projects, from inception to completion.
* Prepare detailed reports, schedules of condition, and specifications.
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and project delivery.
* Contribute to the development of the Building Consultancy team and support junior members.
Requirements:
* A degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
* MRICS qualification (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
* Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record in delivering high-quality building surveying services.
* In-depth knowledge of building construction, property law, and building pathology.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
* Strong report writing and IT skills.
