Job Title: Mid-Level Scrum Master
* Inside IR35
* Remote working
We are seeking a mid-level Scrum Master with 2-4 years of experience who is passionate about Agile principles and has a proven track record of fostering high-performance teams in a global setting.
Key Responsibilities: * Champion Agile values, principles, and best practices within the team and across the organization, driving a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
* Organize, facilitate, and continuously improve Agile/Scrum ceremonies, ensuring the integrity of Sprints/iterations.
* Support and coach Product Owners to enable effective backlog management, prioritization, and Sprint/release planning.
* Use expert judgment and active listening to proactively remove impediments and blockers, enhancing value delivery and workflow efficiency.
* Monitor and share team performance metrics, providing visibility and transparency to drive continuous improvement.
* Ensure the team maintains focus on the Sprint goal/commitment and flow efficiency, acting as a shield from external distractions.
* Provide tools and platforms for constant team feedback and introduce necessary process improvements timely and effectively.
* Promote a collaborative team environment that encourages open communication, creativity, and innovation.
* Work closely with the lead Scrum Master to drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing productivity, quality of deliverables, communication, and collaboration.
* Collaborate with the lead Scrum Master to provide training and mentorship to team members and other stakeholders on Agile principles, methodologies, and best practices.
* Foster a positive environment and culture of trust, respect, and transparency, enabling empowered, motivated, and protected teams to thrive.
Skills & Experience: * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
* Experience in a continuous delivery product development environment.
* Expertise in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and other team meetings.
* Strong knowledge and understanding of Agile values, principles, and methodologies (especially Scrum and Kanban).
* Experience working with globally distributed teams.
* Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
* Proven experience in fostering and empowering high-performance teams.
* Ability to build trust and openness in interactions within and outside the team.
* Understanding of DevOps practices.
* Commitment to continuous improvement.
* Nice to have: Salesforce or similar CRM knowledge.
