We now seek an experienced National Account Manager to join our Consumer Sales Team. This is a permanent position, operating as as part of our Bicester Sales and Account Management team. A pivotal role within the team, where you will be responsible for managing an account portfolio which will include Tier 1 & 2 accounts, with a key focus on achieving agreed sales budgets on all accounts for NSV, Volume and asp level.
The key deliverables will entail;
* Develop and implement agreed business plans with retailers to meet and exceed sales objectives and targets, visiting all account stores within your assigned region regularly to strengthen relationships and understand the account from a store perspective.
* Achieve sales budgets within all accounts
* Plan, execute and evaluate all promotions & Marketing spends, organise Trade shows and initiate, prepare and implement category reviews
* Propose new products in line with company objectives while seeking out opportunities to include BRITA alongside account specific campaigns!
* Analyse sales-out information and data to implement & drive commercial opportunities.
* Develop a business plan per account to achieve divisional and company objectives
About You…
You will have experience as a National Account Manager in the FMCG sector, with the ability to demonstrate your exceptional negotiation skills and strong commercial acumen, and be highly customer-centric.

What’s of on offer?
An annual basic salary of up to £50,000 dependent on experience + 2 months management bonus
