We’re seeking a proactive and experienced IT Support Analyst with hands-on experience in providing on-site and remote 1st and 2nd line support. Main Duties:
Reporting to the Head of Service Operations you will manage ticket queues to ensure that queries are resolved within SLAs, prioritising your own workload and providing support to the team and business. You will provide a customer centric service, acting as the key escalation-point and raising the profile of our high standards of service across the business units. Other duties and responsibilities will include:
* Handling ticket requests via telephone, face to face, via email and through the portal
* Taking ownership of and managing ticket queues via ITSM ensuring that tickets are updated daily and allocated correctly
* Leading and motivating the team, ensuring procedures and systematic processes are followed
* Owning 1st line support escalations where additional support may be required for more complex queries
* Liaising with support groups for tickets updates, progression and swift resolution
* Working in alignment with key ITIL process
* Ensuring equipment is stored safely and labelled correctly
About You:
You will already hold a recognised IT qualification and ITIL qualification, with experience in a recognised IT Helpdesk system. You will also have:
* Knowledge of MS Server 2008 or MS SQL Server 2008 onwards and well as Windows 7 onwards 365 suite and Active Directory
* Knowledge of mobile devices across android and iOS
* The ability to create and develop device build images
* Experience using a range of hardware, software and infrastructure, working within a small team in a Service Desk environment
* High level of attention to details and the ability to communicate clearly both written and verbally
* The ability to remain calm under pressure, motivating the team and ensuring procedures are followed
* The ability to lead and develop yourself and others
* A full driving license, the role will involve visiting various sites within our service area, some of which are not accessible via public transport
