As a Plot Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the conveyancing department, focusing on the administration of plot sales. This position requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the administration of plot sales from instruction through to completion.
* Liaise with developers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
* Prepare and review legal documents and contracts related to plot sales.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.
* Assist solicitors and conveyancers with administrative tasks.
* Handle client inquiries and provide timely updates on case progress.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

* Previous experience in a similar role within a law firm or property sector.
* Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes, particularly plot sales.
