Job Description:
Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator to join a Professional Services Firm located in Central Bristol. For the right person, the client is offering a very competitive:
Up to £28,000 plus excellent benefits
* Upload starters & leavers on the system
* Collate Sick/SSP/SMP forms to process on the system
* Administering payroll adjustments, Back Pay, Attachments, DBS or Loans
* Administer payroll queries
* Administer the weekly payroll
* Send out pay slips each week
* Administer expenses & credit card
* Administer the Holiday Calendar for our administration & management team
* Assisting the set up of new employees with pension information and setting up deductions
* Assist in submitting pensions schedules
* Produce monthly reporting for DBS & RTW to ensure our staff are compliant
* Assist daily cash postings
* Assist Invoicing & updating hours on the invoice database within the system
* Assist in purchase ordering
* Assist sending customer statements out
* Purchasing of office supplies & raising purchase orders as required
Person Specification:
* Experience in a similar role preferred but not essential
* Motivated and eager to learn and grow
* Good IT skills
* Positive attitude
* Happy to travel to Stoke 1-2 times per month (travel costs covered)
