Key Responsibilities * Work alongside the Parts Team and engage with our amazing customers.
* Contact customers to get approval on quotations sent for repairs.
* Liaise with the Parts Manager and Parts Supervisor to support our busy team.
* Maintain and manage relationships with our customers.
Qualifications and Skills * Experience as a Parts Administrator or within a Parts company in Material Handling, Plant, Equipment Hire, Retail (e.g., Screwfix or a trade counter), M&E Engineering contracting, or Transport/Logistics preferred.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Competency with Microsoft & data systems.
* Good time management.
* Ability to work unsupervised as required.
