Job Description:
Robert Half Financial Services division have partnered with an Real Estate Investment firm who are looking for a Senior Management Accountant to come in for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
Their office is based in Mayfair and they have recently restructured their finance team so they are looking for people to go into the office 5 days a week to build the team dynamics.
This role will be working within their fund team covering some of their larger deals.
Responsibilities:
* Preparation of Management Accounts
* Management of outsourced providers
* Reviewing and updating cash-flows
* Covering Accounts Payable
* Review of Management Accounts
* Ad-hoc projects
What we need:
* Qualified Accountant - ACA/CIMA/ACCA
* Real Estate experience
* Experience managing multiple work streams
* Sage 200 experience beneficial
* Good stakeholder management, excellent communication skills
* Good technical accounting experience
This role will be starting in October and is a 1 year contract with a completion bonus.
Salary is between £70,000 and £80,000
