Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location:Rye
Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 (Dependent on experience)
Job Type: Full time/permanent - Hybrid working (2 days in the office)

Duties include:
* Developing and implementing marketing plans to target new business

* Supporting sales activities by promoting our expertise and brand

* Producing and publishing tailored content in various formats across the website and social media

* Keeping a close eye on responses and tracking each campaign

* Being the "go to " person for external copywriters, printers & graphic designers

The person:
* At least 3 years’ experience working preferably from B2B background

* Proven experience in developing and executing matrix driven marketing campaigns

* Experience with marketing automation and CRM

* Expertise with using SEO to write creative copy

* Ability to produce engaging on brand content (written, audio, video) with support when required

* Solid understanding of social media best practices scheduling tools

* Understanding of sustainability practices would be a bonus
