Job Description:
* Job Title: Contracts Manager
* Salary: £45,000K-£55,000K
* Location: Brighton & Hove
* Work Type: Permanent - Full time
* Working hours: Monday to Friday / 45 Hours per week
HRGO Recruitment are seeking an experienced and professional Contracts Manager to join our clients well established electrical contractors based in Hove.
Our clients have been trading for over 45 years and offer a range of electrical services to businesses, local authorities, schools, housing associations and individuals across Sussex and Kent.
The successful candidate will be required to ensure compliance with standards and practices within the electrical industry and manage a portfolio of contracts.

Duties:
* Overseeing and negotiating contracts for projects of varying sizes and complexities
* Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies
* Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
* Oversee the administration of contracts throughout the project life cycle, including monitoring performance, resolving disputes, and ensuring timely delivery of services
* Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and correspondence for future reference
* Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential contract-related issues
Role Requirements:
* Must be a fully qualified (to 18th Edition) electrician
* BS 2394 and BS 2395 Testing & Installation qualified is essential
* A ’people person’ who can communicate well with new people and in different situations
* NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor status is desirable, training would be provided if otherwise
* Full UK Driver’s License.
* Ability to manage resources effectively to achieve the delivery of projects to time and within budget
